Digitisation Setup – £20
Before any embroidery can begin, your artwork needs to be professionally digitised.
This turns your design into a stitch-ready file that our machines can read.
There is a one-time £20 digitisation fee per new design.
Once it’s digitised, you can reuse the same file for future orders at no extra cost.
Design & Colour Approval
We always provide a digital mock-up for you to review. You’ll be able to check:
• Thread colours
• Stitch style
• Design size & placement
We won’t begin stitching until you’ve approved everything, ensuring the final result matches your vision perfectly.
